Terms of Service

Last updated: December 2025

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VocationLift's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and its services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VocationLift. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use VocationLift's educational materials and course content for personal, non-commercial training purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials for commercial purposes
  • Use the materials for any commercial or public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by VocationLift at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. VocationLift reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in VocationLift courses requires payment of applicable fees as specified at the time of registration. By enrolling in a course, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected courses
  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method for course fees
  • Understand that course fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our refund policy

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify course pricing, but such changes will not affect courses for which you have already paid. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment processors, and we do not store your complete payment card information.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property on VocationLift, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of VocationLift or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You acknowledge that:

  • All course content is provided for your personal educational use only
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without express written permission
  • Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Transmitting any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfering with or disrupting the services or servers
  • Using automated systems to access our services without permission
  • Sharing your account credentials with others
  • Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services

Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and services on VocationLift are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VocationLift makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
  • Warranties that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of course content
  • Warranties that course completion will result in employment or career advancement

While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from completing our courses.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VocationLift or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on VocationLift, even if VocationLift or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Refund Policy

Course fees are generally non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to course materials for an extended period
  • Course cancellation by VocationLift
  • Documented medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of course enrollment and are subject to review and approval. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of VocationLift.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Violation of intellectual property rights

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the applicable jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

VocationLift reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Material changes to these terms will be communicated through our website or via email to registered users. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
